How to use iMIS to understand your members

Engagement Scoring allows you to quantifiably measure how active (or engaged) a member (or non-member) is with your organization.
 

Why is this important? The better you understand how to engage your members, the better you can tailor their experience with your organization. Keeping your members engaged, keeps them sticky to you! All organizations are different, iMIS enables you to define what engagement with your organization means and it can change over time.
