Get Efficient! First, I want to say how wonderful meeting you at the Gala was. It feels like it was just the other day; on the other hand, it feels like it was a lifetime ago. I can't believe it is almost July.

I don't think anyone anticipated all the great work that would happen with CarolinaCrED in such a short period. We have learned much about the data and functionality we need on the platform and CRM. I can't tell you how comforting it is to have GE because we know things are flexible, and your team is willing to build this ship with us and perfect it as we go. It is not lost on me that we would not get that kind of treatment elsewhere.

As you know, several projects are happening that make me grateful to have Annie and Renee on our team. One example is that we are trying to spread the word about micro-credentials, and an organization purchased them to give away. I should have realized that we would have to accommodate the different districts that sign up within that group (meaning we now have cohorts within a contract). Annie and Renee were proactive with the contract management. I don't know what I would do if they hadn't been so forward-thinking in an area that is not my expertise.

As you also know, we are revisiting the CarolinaCAP CRM and coaching community, and Annie and Renee have been amazing. I could go on and on about this project! They listen to our needs and help us problem-solve. We've had a lot of success meeting with Renee in person and streaming Annie live from Ghana. 🙂 I appreciate you allowing us to work with your team that way.

Since CarolinaCrED relies on all kinds of funding streams, we must be able to provide data at a minute's notice. It is comforting to have Annie and Renee help us figure out how that should look. Everyone tends to use their own spreadsheet as a security blanket, which we all know is not sustainable. Our new motto is, "Give Annie and Renee your spreadsheet!" because we know the two of them will take good care of us from there.

I hope you are having a great summer.

Best, Elizabeth
